I had to establish a location mapping for this. However, at least one is not (Dawnguard Vampire Castle). "Most" locations are the same just outside the dungeon as inside the dungeon. The mod will remember this location and not run the scans for any dungeon. Just outside the dungeon before entering, open up the MCM, and check the "Disable scans for current location".
